Engaging in unauthorized or unlawful use of the Services.
Uploading or transmitting viruses, trojans, or malicious code.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bullocal or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullocal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullocal and its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, contractors, licensors, and agents from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, contact us at admin@bullocal.com
. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time. This does not apply to fully delivered custom services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
9. Force Majeure
Bullocal is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.
